1. About these terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of alsotalent.com (the “Site”), operated by Also Talent. By using the Site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. What we do

Also Talent connects businesses with bilingual virtual assistants. We assess candidates, propose profiles, support onboarding, and provide daily task supervision. The information on the Site is general. The specific services, scope, rate, payment terms, and working hours for your role are confirmed in your quote or a written agreement.

3. Prices

Prices shown on the Site are starting prices in USD per month. Your quote confirms the rate, payment terms, working hours, and scope for your role. Part-time support and other roles are quoted separately.

4. Candidates

Applying through the Site does not guarantee a placement, employment, or a response by a specific date. We contact candidates whose profile fits a role. Businesses choose who they work with. The Site does not offer any employment, pay, or benefits.

5. Using the Site

You agree to use the Site lawfully and to provide accurate information in the forms. You agree not to send spam, use automated tools to abuse the forms, try to access the Site’s systems without permission, or disrupt its operation.

6. Communications and privacy

When you submit a form, you agree that we may contact you about your request. How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Notice.

7. Intellectual property

The Site’s content, design, name, logo, and images belong to Also Talent or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or reuse them without our written permission.

8. Third-party links and services

The Site may link to or use services from third parties, such as social networks or scheduling tools. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

9. Disclaimer

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”. We work to keep the information accurate and the Site available, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or free of errors.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Also Talent is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws that apply at Also Talent’s place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live are not affected.
